Nicholas and his brother were familiar with the market but even they were surprised by the difficulty potential buyers had when it came to getting financing. The whole process took almost 15 months from listing to signing. The guys were very patient as potentially there were 3-4 serious buyers who did not manage to get financing and the deal fell through. Communication wise was very good as I would get a message at least once a week or if there was a potential buyer, everyday. Whilst they are a small family company, they provided a level of service which bigger firms cannot match in terms of the personal touch .

Nicholas did an amazing job in selling our property. He took the trouble of arranging works on the property to present it for sale as it was very run down and in need of renovations. Nicholas suggested an auction and ran weekly, and weekend opens. The auction was a smashing success with our property selling for $95,000 above our reserve. We were stoked! Thanks, Nicholas, for all your hard work.
