Murray Property – Reliability and Professionalism

We have been using Murray Property for over 10 years now. We have always found Michael and his team, to be professional, excellent communicators and extremely knowledgeable about the market, consequently, you can ask them anything and they will consistently provide great advice. Unlike agents I have used in the past, who ignored emails or text messages, if I send Michael Murray a message, he will "always" reply to me, if not immediately, later the same day. I know that my property is in good hands with Murray Property.

Passionate, professional and knowledgeable!

Michael Murray of Murray Property is a friendly, professional and knowledgeable agent who can handle your property as an owner in short, medium or long term rentals. He responds swiftly, walks you through the process, gives advice and listens too, which is a rare skill in the industry! His kind and friendly nature is part of his agency's charm and a visit to his office in Darlinghurst proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that he loves finding homes for people to live in! I recommend Michael Murray and rate his agency highly. A five star rating in all areas…communication…care factor and industry expertise.

Michael was a delight to deal with: Warm; responsive; knowledgeable

Murray Property were fantastic. Efficient; warm; responsive; knowledgeable. I dealt mainly with Michael Murray, but his staff were excellent too. Michael showed me around the property. He knew the property well. He didn’t pressure on the time I spent looking. He was great at liaising with the owner and quick to respond to me. They also answered a number of silly questions about the property when I first moved in. It was a seamless service. Thank you!!!

Loyal and persistent

Michael and his team have managed my house in Paddington for about ten years. In the wake of the recent housing market changes, my house required a new tenant. Murray Property managed a basic renovation and found excellent tradespeople. When it came to opens, Michael was in my corner and found a great tenant at a fair rent. He is a good communicator with regular updates and follow ups with potential tenants, and he can see both sides of a transaction.
